My name is Jace Talbot. I am 27 years old and live in Las Vegas, NV. On June 7 2003 I received a Heart Trasplant at the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles California. I am now Married and have one son. I have started this blog to tell people my story and to make people more aware of Organ Donation.

Eye Opening Stats:

-Every 12 minutes another name is added to the national organ transplant waiting list

-An average of 18 people die each day from the lack of available organs for transplant

-One tissue donor (i.e. skin, corneas, heart valves) can improve the lives of up to 50 people.

-One organ donor can save the lives of up to 8 people
